3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method;

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800;
• Standard withdrawals are processed in 10–45 minutes;
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed;
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a registered method;
• Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be approved until the wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Currency & Transactions

All transactions on tk711 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any currency conversion fee applies, it will be charged according to the payment method's own policy and tk711 is not responsible for that.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

tk711 offers various bonuses and promotional benefits for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000;
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — applied to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once — per member, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met;
• tk711 reserves the right to cancel a bonus without notice if misuse is suspected;
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the promotion period expires.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

tk711 believes in fair play. All games on the platform are verified and operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial outcomes.

6.1 Game Results

All game results on tk711 are RNG-based and completely random. No previous result influences a future result. If you have any complaint about a game result, you must notify the support team within 24 hours.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own betting limits, which are displayed on the game page. tk711 reserves the right to set betting limits for individual members, particularly for responsible gaming reasons.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, tk711 will attempt to void that bet and return the relevant funds. However, if the game was recorded correctly despite a network disruption, that result will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk711 platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds if violated:

• Operating multiple accounts or playing using another person's account;

8 Account Suspension & Termination

• If compliance with an instruction or order from a lawful authority is required.

8.1 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. In that case, please contact the support team. Remaining funds may be withdrawn before the account is closed, subject to all wagering requirements being met.

8.2 Account Recovery

To reactivate a suspended account, contact the support team and provide the required verification information. tk711 reserves the right to make the final decision on recovery.
